TECHNICAL SERVICES

This department is led by Ms Chuleza Qotoyi. She leads the department with a team of three supervisors and two project managers responsible for different sections within the department, i.e. Ms Nosiphelo Mlisa – Project Accountant, Nonkqubela Marasha – project management unit, Mr Gavin Hall – Public Works, Mr Thembelani Ngceba – Water, Mr Luyanda Rozani – Electricity.
