The Office of The Municipal Manager is led by Mr Khaya Gashi who is also the Head of Administration for the entire municipality. All heads of department account directly to him including the following sections located in his office:-

• Executive Support – Nonkuselo Sokutu
• Integrated Development Planning & PMS – Sandile Faku
• Internal Audit
• Public Participation – Thabile Sokupha
