Scope of Work

Supply and install the new Domain Controller on the existing domain
Repair all Active Directory related problems.
Repair Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 and Migrate User Mailboxes to another server
Upgrade the existing Microsoft Windows 2003 Server (member) to Microsoft Windows 2008 Server
Install and configure Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 on the newly upgraded Microsoft Windows 2008 Server
Migrate users to the new installed Microsoft Exchange server2007
Supply Microsoft Windows 2008 Server Std Edition (R2)

The following conditions will apply:
• Price(s) quoted must be valid for at least thirty (30) days from date of your offer
• Price(s) quoted must be firm and must be inclusive of VAT.
• A firm delivery period must be indicated.
• A valid original Tax Clearance Certificate to be submitted.
• A Certified copy of a Company Founding Statement and ID Copy(ies) of active company owner(s).
NB: No quotations will be considered from persons in the service of the state.

The quotations to be submitted on the letter head of your business clearly marked “(INSTALLATION OF NEW DOMAIN CONTROLLER)” and be hand delivered to the Finance Department Supply Management Office for the attention of Mr. Luthando Cwaba by no later than, Friday, 27th May 2011 at 12H00.

Failure to comply with these conditions may invalidate your offer.
