The above must contain the following:

• Elundini Tourism activities
• Elundini Tourism attractions
• Holiday and overnight accommodation available in Elundini area
• Elundini annual recreational events
• Cultural experiences and heritage sites of Elundini area
• All restaurant & catering facilities available in area of Elundini

The appointed service provider must comply with the following in order to update available information:

• Utilize local tour guides to visit all the relevant areas within the Elundini jurisdictions
• Ensure that all the required deliverable be submitted to Elundini Municipality by no later than the final date specified in the proposed time frame of the project
• Electronic software for the brochures must form part of the deliverables
• Detailed quotation with proposed time frames
• Presentation of final product upon submission to the relevant stake holders
• Weekly report to the project manager

 Quotation should include the following detail:

• Comprehensive company profile
• Total project value inclusive of V.A.T.
• Detailed program during implementation
• Time table for the full duration of the project
• Proof of similar previous projects to reflect in the company profile
• Brief presentation of the proposed implementation of the project, to be submitted to the relevant contact person.
• Local service provider must submit relevant proof of residential address.
