NOTICE NO. 18/2010

 1. NOTICE is hereby given in terms of Section 53 (3) of the Local Government : Municipal Finance Management Act (Act 56 of 2003) read with Section 21 A of the Local Government : Municipal Systems Act (Act 32 of 2000) that the Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan (SDBIP) for the 2010/2011 financial year has been approved and is available for inspection in the following addresses :-

 (a) Ugie Municipal Offices, Van Dyk Drive, UGIE

(b) Ugie Library, 5 B Umnga Road

 (c) Maclear Municipal Offices, No. 1 Celler Street, MACLEAR

(d) Maclear Library, Van Riebeeck Street, MACLEAR

(e) Mount Fletcher Municipal Offices, 222 Back Street, MOUNT FLETCHER

(f) Mount Fletcher Library

2. NOTICE is also given that Performance Agreements (PA) for the 2010/2011 financial year have been concluded between the Municipal Council and the Municipal Manager and Managers directly accountable to the Municipal Manager and copies are also available for inspection at the above stated addresses during official working hours.

 3. Copies of the SDBIP and Performance Agreements may also be downloaded from the Municipality’s website address, www.elundini.org.za under document library.

 4. Comments, if any, must be submitted to the office of the Municipal Manager within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication.
