• The following draft amended by-law relating to the Standing Rules and Orders of the Council, for the Elundini Local Municipality is hereby, in terms of Section 12(3) (b) of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, Act No 32 of 2000, published for public comments to enable the Council to consider the adoption thereof after received and considered the said comments.
• Written comments must be handed in at the offices of the Municipal Manager,  municipal offices, 1 Seller Street,  Maclear or posted to the Municipal Manager, P.O.Box1 MACLEAR, 5480 or fax it to the Municipal Manager, at (045) 9321777 or send by email to the Municipal Manager at info@elundini.gov.za
• Comments must reach the Municipal Manager within 21 (twenty one) calendar days from the date of this publication. Comments received after this period will not be considered.
• Copies of draft amended By-Law will be available at the Municipal Libraries, Municipal Unit offices in Mt Fletcher and Ugie, and at the Municipal Manager’s office, Maclear during normal office hours. A copy of this draft amended By-Law can also be obtained from the aforementioned offices at a nominal fee. This draft amended By-Law  is also published in the municipality’s website at www.elundini.org.za under document library
• Persons who are not able to read and/or write and who wish to comment on this draft amended By-Law, will be assisted by Mr. T.S Kolwane, Assistant Manager Admin & ICT, during the office hours at the Municipal Offices in Maclear. Mr. Kolwane can be contacted at (045) 932 8100 for an appointment.
